Description

Sourced and supplied by Al Imran Enterprises, Lahore, Pakistan. The IDEC ASN210N is a 30 mm selector switch enclosure unit from the TWN/TWND control-component family, arranged as a two-position maintained operator whose NO/NC switching sequence is built up from clip-on contact blocks. This listing replaces an earlier description of the same order code as a pushbutton: ASN210N denotes a selector switch unit, and the page has been corrected so panel builders and maintenance teams specify the right operator the first time. A black knob gives two positively defined maintained positions at a 90 degree operating angle - a format suited to mode selection, local/remote changeover, hand-off-auto schemes and enable/disable duties where the chosen state must remain visible and locked until deliberately moved. The short throw and firm detent make the position readable even from outside a crowded enclosure door. Like the rest of the current TWN/TWND ø30 family, the unit takes HW-U type finger-safe contact blocks (IP20 rear, screw terminals, 10 A thermal current with silver alloy contacts) so you order exactly the NO and NC elements your circuit needs rather than accepting a fixed contact arrangement. The bezel is oil-tight to IP65 on the panel face, installation needs only a Ø30.5 mm cutout, and LED bulbs up to 240 V direct-type can be added in-series when an illuminated version becomes desirable later. Al Imran Enterprises stocks the ASN210N together with HW-U01/HW-U10/HW-U11 contact blocks and the matching IDEC LED bulbs, serving panel builders and maintenance teams in sugar, textile, cement, pharmaceutical, food, fertilizer and general manufacturing plants across Pakistan. ASN210N — Frequently Asked Questions

Wasn't the ASN210N listed here before as a pushbutton?
It was - that earlier description was incorrect and has been corrected. The ASN210N order code is a 2-position maintained selector switch unit; the page now reflects the actual operator type.
What is the difference between ASN210N and ASN211N?
Both are non-illuminated selector switch units in the TWN/TWND ø30 family with black knobs and HW-U contact blocks; the ASN210N covers the 2-position variant while the ASN211N extends the range with further positions. We stock both.
How do I get the NO/NC configuration I need?
Order the HW-U contact blocks your sequence requires - for example HW-U01 for a normally-open stage or HW-U10 for normally-closed - and they clip onto the selector unit. Tell us the stages and we will pick the blocks.
Are the contact blocks included?
No. In the TWN/TWND system operators and contact blocks are ordered separately, which is why we list them together - we can supply the complete set as one line item.
What does the front of panel survive?
The oil-tight front is rated IP65 against dust and washdown, with the finger-safe HW-U blocks providing IP20 protection behind the panel.
